Researcher – Work from Home – Part Time

This role offers the flexibility of working from home and can be arranged to fit working times around school hours or study. We are offering this as a part-time role (up to 29hr/wk). Our core working hours are 9am to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday. No weekends. This is a fully remote role, and you would need to have a quiet working space available, along with internet connectivity. Although staff work remotely, close proximity to the Seaton / Axminster area is preferred, to allow regular in person catch-ups.

About the job

The main focus of this role is the collation of key data relating to the Social Housing sector. The role involves mostly internet-based research with some telephone research as necessary, and the resulting information is then inputted into our systems. This job requires you to obtain data from a variety of sources, (such as published articles or reports) and then requires you to concisely summarise the facts, accurately for our clients. The work will consist of routine research and from time-to-time other bespoke research projects and would be ideal for someone who considers themselves to be a good ‘all-rounder’.

You should be comfortable working to deadlines. Speed and accuracy are also of high importance and therefore good computer skills are necessary.
