Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) and Ongo Homes (Ongo) have jointly decided against proceeding with their proposed merger, following a thorough due diligence process. Initially announced in September, the organisations’ CEOs, Murray Macdonald (LHP) and Steve Hepworth (Ongo), released a statement expressing that both entities can better serve their residents by remaining independent. The decision ensures the uninterrupted continuation of existing services for customers and tenants, with no impact on customer rights, repairs, rent, or charges.
