South Devon Rural Housing Association (SDR) has received approval from its shareholders to merge with the Places for People Group. With 357 homes under its management in the South-West of England, SDR aims to enhance investment in affordable housing in the region through this merger. The integration process is set to begin in March, with full integration targeted for later in the year.
